PROCESSING OF FEE RELATED DOCUMENTS BY STUDENTS AVAILING DRCC LOAN FACILITY
Dear HAUs,
A suggested draft email to the students availing DRCC loan facility is enclosed is under: "All students availing DRCC loan facility are hereby advised to process their respective loan applications before and during the Diwali break, so that the Government can reimburse their tuition fee and hostel fee (as applicable) at the earliest. A copy of MOU be submitted to the respective department by 10th November 2024 as a proof of submission of documents for processing with DRCC. Please note that those who do not submit proof by due date will invite appropriate late fee fine as decided by the Accounts Department of the University. Defaulters may also not be permitted to appear in the Minor-II exam scheduled from 11 to 14 November 2024. You are also advised to accord due priority and attention to this vital aspect”. All HAUs are requested to kindly address a mail to this effect to their respective students availing DRCC loan facility and to their parents.
